this document, make the decision of disposition of all my\nproperties. I have
|

made this decision with a sound mind, free will, and understanding of the\nconsequences
|

of my action to the full extent. \nThis is the only Will and Testament, and
|
|
there is no other Will or Testament. \n\nThe Will and Testament States that;\n\n1.
|
|
Through this Will and Testament, I direct that all my debts, taxes, and funeral-related\nexpenses
|
|
must be paid as soon as after my death.\n2. I authorize my son as my personal
|
|
representative, to take action and carry out the terms of\nthis Will and Testament
|
|
on my behalf after my death.\n3. My personal representative shall make all
|
|
the payments from my estate.\n4. My property, real or personal, shall be bequeathed
|
|
to my only son.\n5. If any of the beneficiaries predeceased me, his share shall
|
|
be transferred to the other\nbeneficiaries.\n6. In the case that any beneficiary
|
|
of my property mentioned in this will contest the Will or any\nprovision herein
|
|
or attack the interest of the other beneficiary, that beneficiary's rights
|
|
must\nbe revoked.\n7. The interest of any beneficiary in this Will or Testament
|
|
is not transferable, assignable, or\nalienable. The interest herein cannot
|
|
be passed on to their assignees or successors.\n8. This Last Will shall be
|
|
construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England.\nIn case
|
|
of a dispute regarding any term herein or the Will or Testament, England shall
|
|
have\nthe jurisdiction to try and settle such dispute.\n9. I direct my personal
|
|
representative to exercise his discretion in the following circumstances;\n\n1.
|
|
To remain my personal representative for whatever time\n2. Make any sale or
|
|
investment out of my personal or real property\n3. To grant lease under any
|
|
terms and conditions the personal representative deems fit\n4. Pay or settle
|
|
any claim arising against my estate\n5. Hire employees for the purpose of administration
|
|
of the estate\n6. To manage my estate in ways required by the law\n10. The
|
|
decisions made by my personal representative under his or her discretionary
|
|
powers are\nfinal and binding on all the parties concerned in the matter unless
|
|
there is willful default or\ngross negligence on the part of my personal representative.\n\nI,
|
|
the undersigned Samuel Wilson, hereby testify that I have signed and executed
|
|
this document\nunder my free will in the presence of the following witnesses."

My Dearest Diary,

With every stroke

of this pen, the weight of my world rests on my tired shoulders. Days blend

into a relentless cycle of chores, tending to the needs of my two precious
|

children, and caring for my loving but unaware husband.

|

Our once-loving

home has become a challenging burden. Little John and Maya bring joy, yet the
|
|
demands of motherhood leave me utterly exhausted. Daniel, my unwavering partner,
|
|
toils to provide, but the toll on our growing family is evident.
|
|
|
|
The

idea of welcoming another child feels overwhelming, considering our current
|
|
strain. Contemplating the need for assistance becomes more appealing each day.
|
|
Perhaps a resolution today, the <color=red>5th of May</color> could alleviate

|
some of this burden, a beacon of hope in our weary journey.
